Changes from the last draft:

1. Raised all 1F ceiling to 10'-0", and reduced 1F Master Bedroom ceiling to 10'-0".

2. Adjust stairs for 10' ceiling, and shifted the demising walls of the rental suites to the east to accommodate.

3. Recalculated the Building Envelope Boundary for 2F (which becomes narrower as a consequence of raising the 1F ceiling to 10'), and pushed inwards the 2F west side walls by 8" in order to stay within the Building Envelope Boundary, and as a result had to rearrange the Master Bathroom layout.

4. Replaced the 2F east bedroom with a Loft area to accommodate a future kitchen, and rearrange the closet & bathroom layout for the north bedroom.

5. Added a stacked laundry on the 2F on the south of the stairwell.

6. On the exterior wall, replaced the horizontal plank vinyl sidings with the vertical board & batten style vinyl sidings.

7. Replaced some sliding doors with hinged doors (a.k.a. swing doors), mostly for the closets.
