Changes from the last draft:

1. Moved the storage shed to the west 17'-4" to stay out of the way of the 2F covered deck.

2. Removed the indoor & outdoor AC units, and move the stacked laundry into the closet with the HRV on the 2F.

3. Other minor tweaks as discussed in the online meeting on Tue, Apr 2.
